Brunacci & Partners specializes in obtaining, maintaining, evaluating and protecting intellectual and industrial property of intangible assets, such as patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights.
Founded in 2010, Brunacci & Partners was born from Marco Brunacci's desire to invest a professionalism that had already matured and consolidated at the most authoritative national trademark and patent protection firms, in a completely new consultancy structure. A streamlined and dynamic reality capable of guaranteeing its clients what they really need for the protection of intellectual and industrial property: fast and effective responses, with direct involvement of the consultant and a strategic market-oriented approach.
1996 - 2006
Marco Brunacci worked for one of the main national industrial and intellectual property consultancy firms, until he became head of the Modena office.
2006 - 2010
Marco Brunacci is one of the founding partners of the new consultancy firm APTA Srl, with several offices in Northern Italy.
2010
Brunacci & Partners is born, taking over the Modena branch of APTA Srl
2013
Opening of the office in Perugia and entry of members Emanuele Luppi, Daniele Grana and Filippo Zoli.
2017
Opening of the Brunacci & Partners office in Milan .
2019
Opening of a fourth Brunacci & Partners office in Trentino Alto Adige.
2021
Federica Bertacchi joins the company.
2022
Opening of a new branch in Trento.
2025
Opening of a new branch in Padua.
